Michael Thorbjornsen wins final Rocket Classic for first PGA Tour victory

Michael Thorbjornsen claimed his first PGA Tour victory at the final Rocket Classic, held at Detroit Golf Club, shooting a final-round 63 to finish 18 under par, winning by two shots. He sealed the title with a 26-foot birdie putt on the 18th hole, finishing ahead of Xander Schauffele (16 under, second) and 54-hole leader Davis Riley (15 under, third). The tournament marked the last edition of the Rocket Classic at the renovated Detroit Golf Club.
