Middleton father and son prepare to share Leeds boxing show limelight

Danny Weston, a 36-year-old delivery driver from Middleton, will compete in his fifth boxing bout at a Haynes Promotions show in July, fighting Andy Webster from Burnley in a title contest over four two-minute rounds. Notably, his son Tyler will also be making his boxing debut on the same evening, marking a first for the promotion to feature a father and son on the same show. Weston, who only began boxing two years ago, has stopped all four of his previous opponents before the final bell and received his club's 'most improved boxer' award in 2025.
