Mike Evans out, 49ers lean on the route craft Terrell Owens just called average

Mike Evans has been ruled out for an upcoming game, leaving the San Francisco 49ers to rely on a veteran wide receiver's route-running ability against Atlanta. The situation has drawn commentary from Hall of Famer Terrell Owens, who publicly dismissed the wide receiver's route craft as merely average. The 49ers will depend on the veteran's experience to compensate for Evans' absence in the matchup.
