Mike Smith: Former Warwickshire and England cricket captain and rugby union international dies aged 92

Mike Smith, former England cricket captain and Warwickshire stalwart, has died at the age of 92. Smith made 50 Test appearances for England and was also a rugby union international, making him a rare dual-sport representative. Warwickshire County Cricket Club announced his death on Monday.
