Misdemeanor gun charges against James Harden dropped

Misdemeanor gun charges against Cleveland Cavaliers guard James Harden have been dropped at the request of the Harris County district attorney's office in Houston. Harden had been arrested in Houston in June after police discovered a gun in his car. The charges were formally dismissed as of August 8, 2026.
