MLB to speak with Dodgers doctor about role in Conor McGregor’s alleged PED use
Major League Baseball plans to question Los Angeles Dodgers team physician Dr. Neal ElAttrache following a New York Times report linking him to UFC star Conor McGregor's alleged use of performance-enhancing drugs. ElAttrache, who also serves as team doctor for the NFL's Los Angeles Rams, performed surgery on McGregor after the fighter broke both bones in his lower left leg during a 2021 UFC bout. While ElAttrache denied prescribing banned substances or working with the specialist who did, he acknowledged writing a letter supporting McGregor's request for an exemption from certain UFC drug testing policies.
