Nakashima upsets top seed De Minaur at Queen's Club
Brandon Nakashima defeated top seed Alex de Minaur at the HSBC Championships at Queen's Club in London, winning in 90 minutes while saving both break points he faced and winning nine of 15 net points. The 24-year-old American, ranked No. 30 in the ATP Live Rankings, improved to 2-1 in his head-to-head record against World No. 6 De Minaur and has now beaten three Top 10 opponents in his career. Nakashima, who has yet to drop a set this week, will next face either Francisco Cerundolo or Arthur Fery as he chases his first title since winning San Diego in 2022.
