Ross Chastain will attempt to complete 1,101 miles of racing across multiple events at Charlotte Motor Speedway during the weekend of May 19, 2026. He begins Friday in the Truck Series North Carolina Education Lottery 200, driving the No. 45 truck for Niece Motorsports, before transitioning to the No. 9 car for JR Motorsports in the O'Reilly Auto Parts race on Saturday. Unlike Kyle Larson's recent failed attempts at 'The Double,' Chastain is not targeting an Indianapolis-Charlotte crossover but rather a multi-race endurance challenge within Charlotte Motor Speedway itself.
