NASCAR O'Reilly race postponed to late Sunday due to heavy rain at Charlotte

The NASCAR O'Reilly race at Charlotte Motor Speedway was postponed to late Sunday after heavy rain from Hurricane Isaias made racing impossible. NASCAR officials made an early decision by 11am EST on Saturday, October 10, 2026, to cancel all practice, qualifying, and racing activities for the day. The postponement was caused by nonstop rainfall from the remnants of the hurricane dumping on the Charlotte area.
