The first game of the 2026 NBA Finals was briefly interrupted on June 3 when a fan ran onto the court during the fourth quarter and attempted to take a selfie with San Antonio Spurs star Victor Wembanyama at the three-point line. Security quickly escorted the fan off the court and the game resumed. The New York Knicks won Game 1 105-95, marking their first NBA Finals appearance since 1999.
