NBA set to give out Rookie of the Year award; Flagg, Knueppel and Edgecombe finalists

The NBA is set to announce its Rookie of the Year award, with three finalists named: Dallas Mavericks' Cooper Flagg, Charlotte Hornets' Kon Knueppel, and a third finalist identified as Edgecombe.
