NBA tells sportsbooks to prohibit certain bets, restrict parlays

The NBA has issued a memo to its sportsbook partners prohibiting certain types of bets this season, including player prop parlays that were involved in recent gambling scandals. The league is also placing restrictions on parlay wagers more broadly. This move comes amid heightened scrutiny of sports betting integrity following incidents linked to NBA and NCAA game-fixing schemes.
