NCAA announces Wichita to join Dayton as hosts for opening-round men's basketball tournament games in 2027, 2028

The NCAA has announced that Wichita, Kansas will serve as a co-host alongside Dayton for opening-round men's basketball tournament games in 2027 and 2028. Wichita was selected after beating out seven other cities competing for the opportunity. The city will host six NCAA tournament opening-round games across the two-year arrangement.
