Netflix officially announces expanded NFL deal

Netflix has officially announced a four-year expanded media rights deal with the NFL running through the 2029-30 season, acquiring rights to three additional game windows and the NFL Honors. Under the agreement, Netflix will annually air one game in the first and last weeks of the season, plus a new game on the night before Thanksgiving, supplementing its existing Christmas Day coverage. This season's schedule includes the Rams-49ers International Series game in Melbourne on September 10, a Packers-Rams Thanksgiving eve matchup on November 25, a Christmas Day doubleheader, and a Week 18 matinee on January 9.
