The Los Angeles Dodgers overcame a six-run deficit to defeat the San Diego Padres 12-7 on Thursday night at Dodger Stadium. The Padres jumped out to an early lead powered by a two-run homer from Manny Machado, a solo shot from Jackson Merrill, and a three-run blast from Jake Cronenworth off starter Roki Sasaki, who gave up six earned runs in three innings. The comeback was the Dodgers' second-largest in a game they trailed by six or more runs since at least 1900, and their first comeback win of at least six runs since July 13, 2022.
