New heavyweight world champion has ‘no problem’ fighting Moses Itauma
A newly-crowned heavyweight world champion has expressed willingness to fight 21-year-old Moses Itauma, who is currently scheduled to face Filip Hrgovic at London's O2 Arena on August 29. Itauma, coming off a fifth-round stoppage of Jermaine Franklin in March, is also under IBF orders to negotiate a title fight with Frank Sanchez by July 29 following Oleksandr Usyk's decision to vacate his three belts. Hrgovic, 34, is considered Itauma's toughest test to date, having previously competed at world level against Daniel Dubois and Zhilei Zhang.
