News - MADSEN'S PRIDE AT SPEEDWAY EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP HAT-TRICK

Danish rider Leon Madsen claimed a record-equalling third Speedway European Championship title at Pardubice, Czech Republic, finishing on 47 points to edge out Polish rival Maciej Janowski by just one point. Kacper Woryna took bronze with 42 points, while Janowski's second-place finish (46 points) was not enough to secure automatic entry into the 2027 Speedway GP World Championship. The victory moves Madsen level with Mikkel Michelsen on three European titles and extends his remarkable run to nine consecutive seasons on the SEC podium.
