NFL releases 2026 preseason schedule with five nationally televised games
The NFL has released its 2026 preseason schedule, which opens on August 6 with the Arizona Cardinals hosting the Carolina Panthers in the Hall of Fame Game in Canton, Ohio, televised on NBC at 8 p.m. ET. The game coincides with the Hall of Fame induction weekend featuring retired Cardinals wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald and former Panthers linebacker Luke Kuechly among a five-player class. The Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks, who won the title 115 days ago, are scheduled to open their preseason on August 15 against the Dallas Cowboys, with five games across the preseason set for national television.
