NFL removing Packers RB Josh Jacobs, Broncos LB Jonathon Cooper from Commissioner Exempt List

The NFL announced on Friday that it is removing Green Bay Packers running back Josh Jacobs and Denver Broncos pass rusher Jonathon Cooper from the Commissioner Exempt List. The Commissioner Exempt List is a designation that allows teams to keep players off the active roster while still under contract, typically used during investigations or legal proceedings. Both players will now be eligible to return to their respective teams' active rosters.
