NHL trade grades: Connor Hellebuyck to New Jersey Devils

The New Jersey Devils acquired goaltender Connor Hellebuyck from the Winnipeg Jets in a trade completed on Friday. In return, the Jets received Nico Hischier's former linemate Dawson Mercer, Nick Bjugstad, a prospect named Command, and goalie Thomas Daws. Hellebuyck is a three-time Vezina Trophy winner, making him a marquee acquisition for New Jersey's goaltending position.
