Nick Kyrgios' ban depends on if player can prove he took cocaine out of competition
Nick Kyrgios tested positive for benzoylecgonine, a metabolite of cocaine, at a grass court event in Mallorca in June and is currently serving a mandatory provisional suspension that began on 4 August. The 2022 Wimbledon finalist faces a significantly reduced sanction if he can demonstrate out-of-competition use.
