Ulster back row Nick Timoney has credited a squad reset and the introduction of young players with 'no scars' for transforming the Irish province's fortunes. After finishing third from bottom in the United Rugby Championship last season and missing out on both the URC play-offs and Champions Cup qualification, Ulster have dramatically turned things around. Richie Murphy's side beat Exeter Chiefs on Saturday to reach the Challenge Cup final, putting them one game away from ending a 20-year trophy drought.
