Noah Lyles storms to sub-9.8 mark in New York City

Noah Lyles won his 10th US sprints title in New York City, clocking 9.79 (+0.8) in the 100m final to equal the time he ran when winning Olympic gold in Paris. He outclassed Ronnie Baker and Kenny Bednarek, who both finished in 9.88, with Christian Coleman fourth in 9.93. Lyles is now set to compete in the 200m ahead of the World Athletics Ultimate Championship scheduled for September 11-13.
