Norris Extends His Record McLaren Run Through 2030
Reigning Formula 1 World Champion Lando Norris has signed a contract extension with McLaren keeping him at the team through 2030, with a multi-year option to extend beyond that date. Norris, who has been with McLaren since 2017 and became the youngest driver in the team's history when he stepped up to a race seat in 2019, has now competed in 163 grands prix for the team β more than any other driver in McLaren's history β and has won 13 races including the 2025 world championship. As part of the deal, Norris will receive the MCL39, the car with which he clinched his world title.
