Norris shows McLaren the path toward an F1 title fightback - RACER

Lando Norris claimed his second consecutive victory from pole position at the Zandvoort Formula 1 race, becoming the first non-Mercedes driver to win multiple races in the 2026 season. Mercedes had dominated the early part of the season, but Ferrari's Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc had previously broken their streak with wins in Barcelona and Silverstone respectively. Norris admitted he had been concerned about McLaren's pace after struggling in the Sprint race, but intensive overnight work with his engineers helped him deliver a strong performance on race day.
