Norris to stay at McLaren until at least 2030
Lando Norris, 25-year-old reigning Formula 1 world champion, has signed a new contract to remain at McLaren until at least 2030, with an option for a multiyear extension beyond that. The deal includes one of his title-winning F1 cars as a gift, and comes after Norris claimed the 2025 championship — making him the first driver since Lewis Hamilton in 2008 to win F1's top prize with McLaren. Norris, who has been with the team since his 2019 debut, previously signed a multiyear extension in 2024 believed to run until 2027.
