Nortje raring to go for Test return against Australia

South Africa fast bowler Anrich Nortje is targeting a Test return after last playing in the format in 2023, having accumulated 70 wickets in 19 Test matches. He has been included in South Africa's 18-man preliminary squad for a three-match ICC World Test Championship series against Australia, beginning at Kingsmead in Durban on 9 October. Nortje revealed that his preparation has been focused on red-ball cricket for some time, with a gradual build-up of workload and skill execution.
