Ostlund signs 8-year, $52.8 million contract with Sabres
Noah Ostlund has signed an eight-year, $52.8 million contract extension with the Buffalo Sabres, carrying an average annual value of $6.6 million starting next season. The 22-year-old forward recorded 27 points (11 goals, 16 assists) in 60 regular-season games last season, ranking fourth among NHL rookie forwards in plus-10 even-strength goal differential. Originally selected 16th overall in the 2022 NHL Draft, Ostlund was previously on a three-year entry-level deal signed on July 15, 2022.
