Palace's Sarr nets fastest Conference League goal

Crystal Palace's Ismaïla Sarr scored the fastest goal in UEFA Conference League history, netting just 21 seconds into the first leg of their semifinal against Shakhtar Donetsk in Krakow, Poland on Thursday. His strike broke the previous record of 32 seconds set by Ferdy Druijf for Rapid Vienna in 2022. It is Crystal Palace's first appearance in a major European competition, having qualified by winning the FA Cup last season.
