Notable inclusions feature Evan Bouchard, who led NHL defensemen with 74 assists and 95 points last season, and Artemi Panarin, who recorded 84 points in 78 games before being traded from the New York Rangers to the Los Angeles Kings on February 4. Panarin, turning 35 on October 30, becomes the third European player to record at least 40 assists in 11 consecutive seasons, joining Jaromir Jagr and Peter Stastny.
