PGA Tour, DP World Tour eyeing potential global series

The PGA Tour and DP World Tour are collaborating on plans to create a global series of events, potentially launching as early as 2028. The proposed series, which would consist of up to nine tournaments, would take place in the autumn and early in the year, with events in England, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Continental Europe, Australia, South Africa, and venues in the Far East. The tournaments would remain DP World Tour events and would not be co-sanctioned, similar to the existing arrangement with the Scottish Open.
