Phil Foden sets sights on England recall and says he has had no contact with Tuchel

Phil Foden, 26, has expressed his desire to earn a recall to the England squad after being left out by manager Thomas Tuchel for last summer's World Cup and the Nations League games this season. The Manchester City attacker admitted he has had no contact with Tuchel and acknowledged the squad announcement on Friday may come too soon for his return. Foden emphasized his focus on performing well to force his way back into international consideration, stating that football is 'full of ups and downs'.
