Power Rankings: SB champs at 3; Pats outside top 10

NFL.com's Nick Shook has released his preseason Power Rankings for all 32 NFL teams, with the Seattle Seahawks, led by head coach Mike Macdonald and general manager John Schneider, placed at No. 3 despite having just won the franchise's second Super Bowl title. The reigning champions do not sit atop the rankings, while the New England Patriots have fallen outside the top 10.
