The Premier League's Key Match Incidents (KMI) Panel released its independent assessment of Match Round 3 decisions for the 2026/27 season on 16 September 2026. Across the round, 18 Referee KMIs were reviewed, with 94% of on-field decisions deemed correct, rising to 100% following VAR intervention, which included five correct VAR overturns and no missed interventions.
