Premier Sports secures exclusive UK & Ireland Broadcast Rights for RLWC 2026

International Rugby League has announced that Premier Sports has secured exclusive broadcast rights for the Rugby League World Cup 2026 in the United Kingdom and Ireland. The tournament will kick off on October 15, 2026 in Sydney, with Australia facing New Zealand, and comprises 53 matches across Men's, Women's and Wheelchair competitions staged in Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea. England's opening match is against Tonga on October 17 at Perth's HBF Park, with Brian McDermott's side also facing France on October 24 and Papua New Guinea on October 30.
