Pro loses ShopRite LPGA by 1 a day after receiving rare penalty
Celine Boutier won the ShopRite LPGA on Sunday at Seaview Hotel and Golf Club in Galloway, New Jersey, with Arpichaya Yubol finishing one stroke behind in solo second place after shooting a five-under 66 in the final round, earning $183,814. Yubol had been assessed a rare one-stroke slow play penalty during Saturday's second round for exceeding her maximum time allowed on hole #13. It was only the second pace of play penalty issued on the LPGA this season, following a similar penalty given to Jin Hee Im at the JM Eagle tournament, under a new LPGA pace of play policy introduced in February 2025.
