RAGBRAI 2026 announces 250+ kilometer double loop for America 250

RAGBRAI 2026 has announced a special double loop option for its fifth day of riding, allowing participants to extend the already longest stage of the event to more than 250 kilometers (155+ miles). The standard Day 5 route is 83 miles, but riders can opt for an additional 76.4-mile double loop as part of the America 250 celebration. The event, officially known as the Register's Annual Great Bicycle Ride Across Iowa, is marking the occasion with this expanded challenge for 2026.
