Rangers out of Europe, McInnes winless in four

Rangers were eliminated from the Europa League qualifiers after a 3-2 aggregate defeat to Jagiellonia Bialystok at Ibrox, losing 2-1 on the night despite Lawrence Shankland's early penalty levelling the tie. Nik Prelec's 65th-minute equaliser for the visitors proved decisive, leaving new manager Derek McInnes without a win in his first four competitive matches since joining from Hearts. Rangers will now drop into the Conference League playoff round against Czech side Jablonec.
