Rare power barrage leaves Brewers eyeing NLCS sweep of Dodgers

The Milwaukee Brewers defeated the Los Angeles Dodgers 6-2 in Game 3 of the NLCS on Wednesday, taking a commanding 3-0 series lead and putting them on the brink of their first World Series appearance in 44 years. Jake Bauers hit a go-ahead two-run homer after an 11-pitch at-bat, while Garrett Mitchell also went deep, giving Milwaukee three home runs in the game. The Brewers will have their first chance to complete a sweep in Game 4 on Thursday at Dodger Stadium.
