Record number of people enter London Marathon 2027 ballot after historic 2026 edition

More than 1.3 million people have entered the ballot for the 2027 London Marathon, a record number of applicants for the event. The 2027 race is scheduled to take place on 25 April. The record ballot follows what was described as a historic 2026 edition of the marathon.
