Red Roses drop Kildunne to bench for Canada rematch as Mitchell seeks England reset

England rugby head coach John Mitchell has made four changes to his starting XV for the third and final Test against Canada in Ottawa on Friday, including dropping star back Ellie Kildunne to the bench in favour of Emma Sing at full-back. The changes come after Canada defeated England 24-21 last Friday, ending the Red Roses' 41-game unbeaten streak — their first loss in four years. Mitchell expressed confidence in Kildunne, stating she 'adds huge value' and will regain her starting place.
