RELEASE: Oilers acquire Devon Levi from Buffalo

The Edmonton Oilers have acquired 24-year-old goaltender Devon Levi and a seventh-round pick in the 2028 NHL Draft from the Buffalo Sabres in exchange for Edmonton's third-round selection in the 2028 NHL Draft. Levi spent last season with Buffalo's AHL affiliate, the Rochester Americans, posting a 23-20-9 record with a 2.83 goals-against average and three shutouts, ranking eighth among AHL goalies in wins. In 36 career NHL starts with the Sabres, he compiled 17 wins with a 3.29 goals-against average and a .894 save percentage.
