Reports: Mitchell Robinson joining Celtics on 3-year deal

Free agent center Mitchell Robinson has agreed to join the Boston Celtics on a three-year, $47.4 million deal with a player option in the third season, according to ESPN. The 28-year-old, who spent his entire 8-year career with the New York Knicks after being selected 36th overall in the 2018 NBA Draft, departs following a key role on New York's 2026 NBA championship team. Last season, Robinson averaged 5.7 points, 8.8 rebounds, and 1.2 blocks over 60 games.
