Resilient Emma Raducanu denied by Donna Vekic in Queen’s final to extend trophy drought

Emma Raducanu lost the Queen's Club final to Croatia's Donna Vekic, who entered the tournament as a lucky loser. Raducanu was dominated in the opening set, losing it 6-0, before the match was decided in a second-set tie-breaker which Vekic won. The defeat extends Raducanu's trophy drought, with her last title remaining the 2021 US Open.
