Richard Carapaz leads EF Education-EasyPost into the Vuelta a España

Richard Carapaz will lead EF Education-EasyPost at the 2026 Vuelta a España with the goal of finishing on the final general classification podium in Granada. He will be supported by six teammates plus new WorldTour recruit Juan Rodriguez, who has joined from EF Education-Aevolo. Carapaz arrives with strong momentum following a standout Tour de France that included two stage wins, the Supercombativity prize, and the King of the Mountains title, adding to his career palmares of a Giro d'Italia victory, an Olympic gold medal, and a previous second-place finish at the Vuelta.
