Rory McIlroy has spoken about having extra conversations with PGA Tour CEO Brian Rolapp during the 2026 season. McIlroy shot a 7-under 63 on Saturday at East Lake Golf Club during the TOUR Championship, moving to 10 under par and back into contention after struggling in the first two rounds. The strong Saturday performance gave the Northern Irishman a chance to challenge for the title heading into the final round.
