Ruoning Yin defends Shanghai title, earns 7th LPGA win

Ruoning Yin, 23, won the 2026 Buick LPGA Shanghai on Sunday, successfully defending her title and claiming her seventh LPGA Tour victory. She closed with five birdies and one bogey in the final round, finishing nine under over her last 36 holes after a difficult second round. The win makes her the second player to win the event twice, joining Danielle Kang, and pushes her past $3 million in season earnings while moving her to No. 5 in the Race to the CME Globe.
