Russell grabs pole position in Canada Sprint Qualifying ahead of Antonelli and Norris

George Russell secured pole position for the Sprint at the 2026 Canadian Grand Prix, with his Mercedes teammate Kimi Antonelli qualifying second to give Mercedes a front-row lockout. Lando Norris of McLaren qualified third. The Sprint Qualifying session also saw Oliver Bearman and Pierre Gasly miss out on a final SQ1 lap.
