Ryan Fox claims Claret Jug with sensational triumph at Royal Birkdale

Ryan Fox of New Zealand claimed the Claret Jug at The 154th Open Championship at Royal Birkdale, finishing at 10-under-par after birdieing the 18th hole. The 39-year-old finished one shot ahead of Cameron Young, who shot a final-round 64, with Sam Burns finishing third at eight-under-par. Fox becomes only the second New Zealander to win The Open, following Bob Charles' victory at Royal Lytham & St Annes in 1963.
