Rybakina ends Gauff's US Open run, sets up title clash with Sabalenka

Elena Rybakina defeated Coco Gauff 3-6, 6-4, 6-4 on Thursday night in the US Open semifinals, coming back from a first-set loss to advance to the final. She will face two-time defending champion Aryna Sabalenka in the title match. As a result of the victory, Rybakina will replace Sabalenka at the top of the world rankings next week.
